These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", or "you") and 368gem (hereinafter "368gem", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 368gem.cam (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Website").

To open and maintain a player account with 368gem, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2. You are a natural person (individual) and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

7. You are registering only one Account for your exclusive personal use. Accounts created on behalf of another person, or accounts that are shared between multiple users, are strictly prohibited.

Registration on the Platform requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are under an ongoing obligation to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly whenever it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 368gem will never ask for your password. You must notify 368gem immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 368gem shall not be liable for losses arising from a failure to maintain account security.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, or upon reaching designated cumulative deposit thresholds, 368gem will require you to complete a KYC verification process. Required documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian IC / MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence — front and back)
• A selfie photograph holding the above ID document next to your face
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership where required

KYC documents are reviewed within 1–3 business days. 368gem reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification.

Each player is strictly limited to one registered Account. If a player is found to hold multiple Accounts — whether created simultaneously or sequentially — all duplicate Accounts will be permanently closed, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and the player may be required to forfeit winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

368gem accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency wallets (USDT, BTC). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction.

Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow are typically credited to your Balance immediately. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes during normal banking hours. 368gem does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the depositing account must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) clearance of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses; and (c) your account being in good standing. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements on 368gem offers range from 5x to 35x, depending on the bonus type.

All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting as specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain uncleared at expiry will be removed from the account without notice.

368gem operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus-related activities include, without limitation: (a) creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; (b) coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms; (c) placing bets that hedge or offset wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intention; (d) using prohibited payment methods to trigger bonus eligibility. 368gem reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where abuse is detected.

Participation in the 368gem VIP programme is subject to meeting monthly turnover thresholds and maintaining an account in good standing. VIP tier and associated benefits may be reviewed, revised, or revoked at 368gem's discretion, including in cases of rule violations or extended inactivity.

All bets placed on the Platform are governed by these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each betting market or game category. It is the Player's responsibility to understand the rules of each game or market prior to placing a wager.

All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of 368gem. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation message has been issued. 368gem reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after placement, in cases of: (a) suspected fraudulent activity; (b) technical errors in odds or game outcomes; (c) manifest errors in pricing; or (d) evidence of irregular betting patterns.

In the event of a manifest or obvious error in the display of odds, game outcome, or payout calculation, 368gem reserves the right to correct the error and, where applicable, void affected bets and refund stakes. A manifest error includes any odds that are materially and demonstrably out of line with the prevailing market at the time of placement.

Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be voided and forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 368gem brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, images, software, game content, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 368gem or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; (b) reverse-engineer or disassemble any Platform software; (c) use the 368gem brand or trademarks in any manner without express written consent; or (d) scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

368gem is committed to protecting the personal data of all players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account with 368gem, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

368gem does not sell personal data to third parties. Where data is shared with service providers — such as payment processors, identity verification vendors, or licensed game providers — such sharing is governed by contractual data protection obligations consistent with applicable international data protection frameworks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 368gem, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from Platform unavailability or betting outcomes
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from technical failures or security breaches outside 368gem's reasonable control
• Interruption or cessation of Platform services for maintenance, technical issues, or reasons beyond 368gem's control
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain login credential security
• Any action or inaction by third-party service providers including payment processors, internet service providers, or game suppliers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 368gem makes no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — as to the uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation of the Platform.

368gem reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game or promotion rules
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspected engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory or legal requirement to cease serving the account holder's jurisdiction

Upon account closure, any verified real-money Balance (net of bonuses and any amounts subject to active investigation) will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus play may be voided on closure where Terms have been breached.

You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis, and that class-action proceedings are expressly waived.

368gem reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 368gem will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the revised Terms.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by applicable law — may take effect immediately without advance notice.
